Return Policy

Return Guide

  • Please ensure that a VIN number is included with your order.
  • You have researched your replacement parts for accuracy. This includes any upgrades or enhancements from original equipment.
  • If there are any questions, please email rachel.drury@rennkirby.com with your VIN number.
  • You have 5 days from the receipt of your order to return accepted items.
  • All returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 35%.
  • Shipping is non - refundable
  • No return on Electrical items.
  • No returns on orders missing the VIN number
  • Retain your return's tracking number.
  • No returns on parts purchased to upgrade or deviate from the original equipment.

Accepted Returns

Received at our location within 5 days from the original receipt.

Original undamaged packaging.

New original, unused, uninstalled parts.

All hardware is included with the return.

Unacceptable Returns

Received beyond 15 days of your original receipt.

Damaged, torn, or missing packaging labels.

Packages damaged by applying incorrect tape or excessive tape.

Parts installed or mounted.

Any electrical item

Any Body Panels and or Bumper Cover

Any order that does not have a VIN number.

No returns on parts purchased to upgrade or deviate from the original equipment.

Cores

Are returned at the buyer’s expense

Must be in the original packaging with labels

Missing part components will void any core credit
